Dispatch Expectations
We are in the process of wrapping up Fox & Moon for new projects but are very much still processing orders until all our stock is cleared. We have a slower dispatch time currently and aim to process orders withing 72 hours but please bare in mind as we are winding down Fox & Moon, this isn't always possible. Please allow up to a week to receive your order.
UK Delivery Orders over 100g are dispatched with Royal Mail 48 and take 2-3 days to arrive from dispatch. Orders below 100g will be shipped via 2nd Class and are not tracked*.
During busier periods (for example Christmas, Black Friday, Bank Holidays and sale periods) orders can take longer to arrive. Please allow 14 days before reporting a missing package.
The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and size for the best value. All of our delivery prices include postage & packaging.
