Where do we ship to?

We ship to pretty much anywhere. We have had lots of planners go to the UK, Europe, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and beyond but if your country of residence is not listed when entering the shipping address, please just send us an email and we will happily add it for you!

Some of the planners are showing as out of stock, when will they be available?

When an item is out of stock, there will be the option to add your email address for restock notifications. As soon as we add more to the website, you will be notified immediately by email. No more missing out! 

Who are your planners suitable for?

The planners are designed to cover most popular diets, please check out the page layouts to see what would work best for you!

How long do the planners last?

We have 12 week planners, Year long planners and also the desktop planners which have 25 weekly pages. Something for everyone!

What is the difference between your bound Food Planners and your Desktop Planner?

The food planners are an A5 size, wire bound planner that you can take with you and that also include food diary pages. The Desktop Planners are a weekly food planner with shopping list which can be left at home or on your desk!

What pages are included in the Food Planner?

The Food Planners start with a weigh in page & measurements and then go onto weekly pages of targets, food planning, shopping lists, seven food diary pages, workout pages, positive thoughts pages and a reflection page and then these are repeated for 12 weeks.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We work really hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. Please see our Delivery details for more information. If you are needing an order for a gift, please do let me know and I will try and get this to you as soon as possible. International orders can take up to 10 working days. 

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?

Please get in touch and we will help to resolve this for you right away. Check out our return details for more information on how to return or exchange an order. 

Can I make changes to my order once I've placed it?

Please get in touch as soon as you can if you need to make a change. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our very best to make the requested changed.
