We aim to process orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) the same day, but typically all orders go out the next business day. All orders placed on a weekend are shipped on Monday. This being said, we are a small business so please allow 5-7 days delivery on all orders, especially during peak times and sales.
Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details when your order has been dispatched so please ensure all your contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.
UK Delivery Orders over 100g are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and take 2-3 days to arrive from dispatch. Orders below 100g will be shipped via 2nd Class and are not tracked*.
During busier periods (for example Christmas, Black Friday, Bank Holidays and sale periods) orders can take longer to arrive. Please allow 14 days before reporting a missing package.
The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and size for the best value. All of our delivery prices include postage & packaging.
